a free three-month artist development program giving six Western Australian artists access to professional studios, production support and music-industry expertise. Selected through an independent industry panel, each artist receives two four-hour studio sessions approximately two weeks apart, allowing time to develop ideas, apply feedback and return with a clearer direction. Delivered in collaboration with SAE, WAM, RTRFM and Gyrostream, Open Studio is built around the artist’s own needs, whether that means recording, songwriting, production, release preparation, live development or simply having the right people and resources around them to move a project forward.
